Replacement / Exchange
At Chikankriti, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, please make sure that:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  
  

• The item is returned with its original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
  
  

• The exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  
  

For exchanges, kindly courier the product(s) to the following address:

Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  
  
• The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  
  

Note: A 360° unboxing video (recorded before opening the package) is mandatory to claim any manufacturing defect.

Please email us at thechikankriti@gmail.com with the unboxing video along with details of the issue. Our team will review your request and approve accordingly. Once approved, you may ship the product back to us.

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and choose to return the product, kindly send it to the address below:

Once the returned package is received and inspected, the refund amount will be processed directly to your respective bank account within the standard processing time.
